If no video is displayed when you are logged in, the Flash plugin has been disabled in your browser.
To solve this problem, you can either:
- Enable Flash globally in your browser,
- Authorize domains http://beta.sidemash.com and http://www.sidemash.com to run Flash
Below is the procedure for authorizing Sidemash domains to run Flash
Enable Flash on Google Chrome and Firefox
1 Make sure you are on our beta https://beta.sidemash.com
2 Click on the padlock to the left of the address bar
3 Select Flash and validate the option “Always allow on this site”
4 Refresh page to validate new settings
Alternative method using the menu (on Google Chrome)
If the padlock is not displayed next to the address bar, you can activate Flash by going to your browser settings.
Go to your browser’s Flash settings Parameters > Advanced settings > Content settings > Flash (or copy and paste directly into your address bar chrome: //settings/content/flash).
In authorized sites, add domains http://beta.sidemash.com and http://www.sidemash.com
Restart the browser.
